somethin to blog about
This is what I've been up to.
**Tonight after the ward thankgiv dinner, we packaged up the left overs, and being that Baltimore is filled with those in need. I thought before hitting up parties, celebrating Utah's win over BYU, or going bowling we'd deliver a sample of food to someone in need. Partner in crime, Nate deciphered criteria to be worthy of the delicious meal aka: shopping cart and blanket. We then set out to find someone. Also, noted, there was a caravan of two cars 5 ppl and one minor stop at a random pizza restaurant to ask for plastic ware so this person would be able to eat. Thank you pizza man for not charging me $5 for the fork/spoon. I know it was a group effort when the person received the meal. We were truly GIVING...gold stars for thinking outside the self. Perhaps we'll do it tomorrow? in?**
Other moments to of the night:
Guitar hero at it's greatest. Em and I rockin hardcore, actually, I forgot that I was supposed to strum along with press keys...but who was really watching the score anyhow??
Co-workers thanks giv-shin-diggy. She's so pilgrim!
Here's the new kooper tavern tuesday burger night crew + weekend fun-o-matics..minus one.
Earlier this week......
IT SNOWED!! So being truly west coast I bolted outside to take it all in...yes, even without my coat. Sometimes...it is worth it, well sort of.

Halloween + Fall + 1st Day in MD
So my blogging is a little out of order, but I have the pics now so I thought I'd try to share. Halloween was sure eventful. Kristen, Novelia, and I scrambled to make costumes in less than an hour after work...it turned out quite a treat. Novelia, a witch, Kristen a very nicely done s'more, and me a Dr. Seuss character. We then shot out to the barn dance: a MD/VA/DC mix of social madness. It was a blast! Thanks gals!

Another shot of the gals
Here's Kristen (left), my roommate, and Lindsay (right) the gals who let me take over her room to live
My Dr. Seuss Outfit
This is the most hilarious photo ever. I couldn't get in the car, and then when I did...I couldn't really see or turn my head...I thought slouching would work, but nope! In the pic was attempting to read the directions to put them into Gina aka my GPS. After getting about 1 mile down the road and having some guys honk until I rolled down the window asking me what I was dressed as...I decided, time to take the waterbottle inside my hair out for my drive. It was so fun!!
The sparklies!!
Tada!
Here's my first night in MD. I literally just walked in the door from the airplane and plopped down. JET LAG baby!
And today Nov 1st was the best shot of the tree right outside my balcony. GORGEOUS orangy, yellowy, reddy, greeny, purply madness is hitting the Bmore area...fall. But don't get too upset, I have to deal with being FREAKING FREEZING..so please remember to remind me of what I am missing :D

Funny
I went to Costco to stock up on some living supplies. I was standing at the end of the isle and then I heard a song come on from a radio of some sort and then a man started singing loudly. I turned to see he had turned on the sample karaoke machine and was busting a tune... I couldn't help but laugh...and quickly pulled out the phone to snap a pic:
This was a great reason to smile that day!
